Ingredients:
• 250 g – Peanuts
• 2 tsp – Sago flour
• A pinch of salt
• 1 tsp – saunf/fennel
• 1 tsp – khus khus/poppy seeds
• 1 tsp – cumin powder
• 1 – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
• oil for frying
Method:
- Crush the peanuts into thick powder.
- Mix the crushed peanuts, sago flour, saunf, khus khus, spices, salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice, sugar and salt and make small round balls.
- Deep fry them and serve.
