
Ingredients:
• Penne Pasta boiled – 180 gms
• Tomato concasse – 60 gms
• Garlic – 20 gms
• Chilli flakes – 5 gms
• Basil fresh – 5 gms
• Olive oil – 25 ml
• Sugar – 5 gms
• Salt – 10 gms
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add garlic, chilli flakes and tomato cancasse. Boil blanch and chop tomatoes.
- Add boiled pasta, seasoning, sugar and fresh basil.
- Cook for a while till soft.
- Serve hot.
