Ingredients:
• 500 gm – mutton.
• 2 tbsp – desi ghee.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• 5 or 6 – pepper pods.
• 2 split – green chilles.
• 3 or 4 pcs – cinnamon.
• 3 or 5 pcs – cardamom.
• 2 split – elaichi(small).
• 1 bunch – coriander leaves.
• 1 tsp – curd.
• 1 pinch – turmeric.
• salt to taste.
Method:
- In a cooker/pressure pan, add desi ghee and the washed mutton.
- Stir it well and add curd, salt and all the above ingredients. Stir again well.
- Add little water, close the lid and cook for 15-20 mins.
- When u open if there is water, cook with lid open for 5 mins.
- Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
- This tastes good as a side dish with rice and roti.
