Ingredients:

• 500 gm – mutton.
• 2 tbsp – desi ghee.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
• 5 or 6 – pepper pods.
• 2 split – green chilles.
• 3 or 4 pcs – cinnamon.
• 3 or 5 pcs – cardamom.
• 2 split – elaichi(small).
• 1 bunch – coriander leaves.
• 1 tsp – curd.
• 1 pinch – turmeric.
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. In a cooker/pressure pan, add desi ghee and the washed mutton.
  2. Stir it well and add curd, salt and all the above ingredients. Stir again well.
  3. Add little water, close the lid and cook for 15-20 mins.
  4. When u open if there is water, cook with lid open for 5 mins.
  5. Serve with fresh coriander leaves.
  6. This tastes good as a side dish with rice and roti.
