Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp – Black Peppercorns
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – crushed Ginger piece

Method:

  1. Dry roast the black peppercorns in a vessel, until the smoke comes out, put the flame in simmer.
  2. Now add the sugar and caramelize the sugar.
  3. Add enough water and crushed ginger pieces and bring them to a boil, let them boil in simmer flame for few minutes.
  4. turn off the stove and strain the juice with a strainer.
