
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – Black Peppercorns
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – crushed Ginger piece
Method:
- Dry roast the black peppercorns in a vessel, until the smoke comes out, put the flame in simmer.
- Now add the sugar and caramelize the sugar.
- Add enough water and crushed ginger pieces and bring them to a boil, let them boil in simmer flame for few minutes.
- turn off the stove and strain the juice with a strainer.
