
Ingredients:
• 1 – large Cucumber
• 1 container – plain yogurt
• 1 tsp – black pepper, powdered
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• To taste – salt
Method:
- Crush mustard seeds coarsely.
- Peel and shred the cucumber.
- Once the cucumber is shredded, take out the extra water.
- Beat the yogurt in a medium-sized cooking pot.
- Add the cucumber to the yogurt.
- Add crushed mustard seeds, black pepper powder, and salt.
- Mix well and chill for 1 hour before serving.
