
Ingredients:
• 6 – big Tomatoes
• 6 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – udad dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• salt – to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Hing
Method:
- Clean the tomatoes and chop into small pieces.
- Take a pan with a thick base, heat some oil, add mustard, udad dal, chana dal, and hing powder.
- Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder and salt.
- Let it boil till it thickens and leaves the sides of the container.
