Ingredients:
• 2 – Raw Mangoes.
• 1 cup – Red Chilli Powder.
• 1 cup – Moong dal powder.
• 1/2 cup – Gingili oil.
• 1/2 cup – Salt.
• If you want to have more pickle you can increase the quantity of the items.
Method:
- Clean the mangoes with a dry cloth. Cut them into small pieces.
- Add moong dal powder and red chilli powder in the same quantities. (1:1 ratio).
- To that add salt in exactly half the quantity of moong dal powder. (1:1/2 ratio). Mix this preparation with gingili oil.
- Keep this avakai in a jar away from water and moisture. Use the next day.
