Ingredients:
• Besan – 1 Cup
• Ghee – 1 Cup
• Milk – 1 Cup
• Sugar – 1 Cup
• Water – 1/2 Cup
Method:
- Take a heavy pan. Add ghee and milk together in the pan and heat it.
- When the ghee melts add besan in it.
- Keep it on medium fire till besan turns light brown, stir it frequently.
- Add water and stir for few mins.
- Add sugar, stir for 5-7 mins. and turn off the gas.
