Ingredients:

• Besan – 1 Cup
• Ghee – 1 Cup
• Milk – 1 Cup
• Sugar – 1 Cup
• Water – 1/2 Cup

Method:

  1. Take a heavy pan. Add ghee and milk together in the pan and heat it.
  2. When the ghee melts add besan in it.
  3. Keep it on medium fire till besan turns light brown, stir it frequently.
  4. Add water and stir for few mins.
  5. Add sugar, stir for 5-7 mins. and turn off the gas.
