Ingredients:

• 2 cups – plain flour (maida)
• 1 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 1/2 tsp – soda bicarb
• 2 tbsp – Curd
• Salt to taste
• oil to shallow fry

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with water.
  2. Take care to see there are no lumps.
  3. Heat griddle.
  4. Pour some oil and shallow fry the dosas in medium heat.
