
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – cooked (preferably sauteed) Chicken pieces
• 1 cup – cooked shrimp
• 1 packet – macaroni
• 1/2 cup – chopped Capsicum
• 1/4 cup – chopped Parsley
• 1/2 cup – grated Carrots
• 1 – red onion, chopped finely
• 1/4 tsp – Oregano
• 1/4 tsp – Basil
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Celery seeds
• 1/2 cup – mayonnaise
• Salt as per taste
Method:
- Cook macaroni in boiling water.
- Drain and let it cool, take approx. 2 cups of cooked macaroni for salad.
- Mix dressing and mayonnaise, keep aside.
- In a bowl, mix all the remaining ingredients.
- Add the mixed dressing.
- Toss it well.
- Serve with garlic bread.
