
Ingredients:
• 1.25 cups – Rice flour
• 1/4 cup – rava
• 1/4 cup – Maida flour
• 1 cup – chopped Onions
• 6 to 7 – chopped Green chillies
• 1 tsp – sesame, white seeds
• 4 tsp – broken groundnuts
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera seeds
• 1 pinch – baking soda
• 1 ladle – refined oil
• chopped coriander
• salt
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients with a little water to make stiff dough.
- Take a ball of dough and flatten it out on a plastic sheet.
- Poke with a fork at the centre in a few spots.
- Deep fry till golden brown and crisp on both sides.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or coriander-coconut chutney.
