
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – flour
• 2 tbsp – baking powder
• 2 – small eggs
• 1/2 cup – oil
• 1 cup – Milk
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• vanilla essence
• 200 g – dates, finely chopped (optional)
Method:
- Sieve the flour and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients. Mix till well combined.
- Pour into well greased muffin tins.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven for 20-25 mins.
- Enjoy with tea.
