Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 3 big – Onions
• 4 – Green chilli
• 2 – Tomatoes
• Oil
• Salt

Method:

  1. Cut onion, tomato and green chilli.
  2. Take a vessel and add little oil, onion, chilly and tomato and stir.
  3. Add mutton (cut in very small pieces) and stir in a low flame.
  4. Add salt when the oil stars separating.
  5. Garnish with dhania leaves.
  6. Serve with rice and roti.
