Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – Mutton
• 3 big – Onions
• 4 – Green chilli
• 2 – Tomatoes
• Oil
• Salt
Method:
- Cut onion, tomato and green chilli.
- Take a vessel and add little oil, onion, chilly and tomato and stir.
- Add mutton (cut in very small pieces) and stir in a low flame.
- Add salt when the oil stars separating.
- Garnish with dhania leaves.
- Serve with rice and roti.
