Ingredients:

• Peaches – 400 gm, cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
• Milk powder-2 cups.
• Sugar-1/2 cup.
• Ghee -4 tbsp.
• Nestle Cream -150 gm.
• A little kesar.
• Cardamom – 2.
• 1 inch piece – cinnamon.
• 5 – almonds, sliced for garnishing.

Method:

  1. In a pan, mix milk powder, sugar, cinnamon and ghee and cook on a low heat for about 10 to 15 mins stirring constantly.
  2. Then add cream, kesar and cardamom, then stir for a few mins.
  3. Add the peaches, let it cook for another 10 mins on a low heat.
  4. Garnish with the almond and serve.
