Ingredients:

• Rava/Semolina – 1 cup.
• Sugar – 1/2 cup.
• Water – 2 cups.
• Pineapple – 1 cup, cut into small pieces.
• Pineapple essence – 1 tsp.
• Ghee – 5 tsp.
• Cashewnuts – 1 tsp, powdered.
• Raisins – 1 tsp.
• Orange/Yellow colour powder – A small pinch.

Method:

  1. Boil the pineapples till it becomes soft and keep it aside.
  2. Heat the pan in low flame and add ghee to it.
  3. When it becomes slightly hot add cashewnuts and rava and fry till rava starts becoming brown.
  4. When it turns brown add water, boiled pineapples, pineapple essence, colour powder and stir it till it thickens a bit.
  5. Add pineapple cardamom powder and raisins.
  6. Serve it hot.
