Ingredients:

• 2 – pita breads.
• 1/4 cup – chopped onion.
• 3/4 cup – thinly sliced roasted Chicken.
• 1/4 cup – sprouts (optional).
• 1 cup – thick yoghurt.
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped cucumber.
• 1/4 – finely chopped capsicum.
• 1/4 cup – chopped tomatoes.
• 1 tsp – Garlic powder.
• 1/2 tsp – dried oregano.
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder.
• 1/4 tsp – salt as per taste.
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped coriander leaves.
• 1 – green chillies, chopped finely.

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
  2. Cut the pita breads into two halves.
  3. Carefully scoop out some bread from each half to make a pocket.
  4. Fill the mixture into all 4 pockets evenly.
  5. Wrap the stuffed breads in a foil. Bake at 350 F for 15 mins.
  6. Serve with cheese dip and sliced tomatoes.
