Ingredients:
• 2 – pita breads.
• 1/4 cup – chopped onion.
• 3/4 cup – thinly sliced roasted Chicken.
• 1/4 cup – sprouts (optional).
• 1 cup – thick yoghurt.
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped cucumber.
• 1/4 – finely chopped capsicum.
• 1/4 cup – chopped tomatoes.
• 1 tsp – Garlic powder.
• 1/2 tsp – dried oregano.
• 1/4 tsp – black pepper powder.
• 1/4 tsp – salt as per taste.
• 1/4 cup – finely chopped coriander leaves.
• 1 – green chillies, chopped finely.
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients except the bread.
- Cut the pita breads into two halves.
- Carefully scoop out some bread from each half to make a pocket.
- Fill the mixture into all 4 pockets evenly.
- Wrap the stuffed breads in a foil. Bake at 350 F for 15 mins.
- Serve with cheese dip and sliced tomatoes.
