Ingredients:

• 500 g – boneless Chicken
• 1/2 cup – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Green chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• freshly grounded pepper (optional)

Method:

  1. Wash, cut the boneless chicken into pieces and put them in a bowl.
  2. Add soya sauce, green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
  3. Grind a few peppercorns if you like it spicy.
  4. Mix well and marinate in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
  5. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the marinated chicken and stir for a couple of minutes.
  6. Add a cup of water and boil with lid on till the chicken is mostly cooked.
  7. Remove the lid and continue cooking till the chicken becomes semi-dry.
  8. Serve with bread.
