
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Pomfret
• 1.5 tsp – salt
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – red tandoori colour
• 1/4 tsp – Ginger paste
• 1/4 tsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 100 g – besan
• 1/2 tsp – Jeera powder
• 1 tsp – Amchoor powder
• 1 tsp – ajwain
• Water – a little
Method:
- Marinate cleaned fish with turmeric and salt for 1/2 an hour.
- Grind all other ingredients into a paste and smear it on the fish and keep it for an hour.
- Deep fry the fish in hot oil to reddish brown colour. Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.
