Ingredients:

• 1 packet – corn.
• 1 cup – sugar.
• 1/2 cup – raisins, cashewnuts, tutti frutti, cherry fruit.
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder.
• 1/4 cup – ghee.

Method:

  1. In an oven-safe bowl, put the corn kernels, cover the lid and roast for 4 minutes. Microwave for 2 minutes and powder it in a mixie.
  2. If the corn powder is 1 cup, take 1/2 cup of powdered sugar and mix the two in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, heat ghee and fry two tbsp of cashew pieces and raisins.
  4. Add the fried dry fruits to the corn-sugar mixture.
  5. Add the cherry fruit and tutti frutti pieces and cardamom powder.
  6. Mix well and prepare small laddoos.
