Ingredients:
• 4 cups – Aval pori
• 1/2 cup – grated Jaggery
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Coconut pieces
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
Method:
- Add jaggery in a pan with 1/2 cup of water and when it dissolves, strain to remove sand.
- Boil the jaggery water again along with coconut and keep stirring until the jaggery comes to a stone-like consistency – when a drop of jaggery syrup is dropped in water, it should not dissolve rather you should be able to roll it into a ball.
- Now remove the jaggery from flame and add the Aval pori/Nell Pori and mix it well along with cardamom powder.
