
Ingredients:
• 2 – potatoes, medium (boiled and peeled).
• 100 g – cheese.
• 1 – onion, small (minced).
• A handful of coriander leaves.
• 2 – Green chillies (minced).
• 1/2 tsp – ginger, grated.
• 100 g – gram flour.
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour.
• 1 pinch – soda bicarbonate.
• 1 pinch – aji-no-moto.
• 1/2 tsp – cumin seeds.
• Salt.
Method:
- Cut the potatoes into thin round disks.
- Mix all the batter ingredients with water to form a batter.
- Mix cheese with onions, chillies, coriander ginger and salt.
- Sandwich two slices of potatoes with the mixture.
- Dip in the batter and deep fry to a golden colour.
