Ingredients:

• 2 – potato, cut in pieces.
• 1/2 cup – broccoli, cut in pieces.
• 1/2 cup – peas.
• 2 – chillies.
• 1 tsp – turmeric.
• cilantro, chopped.
• panch puran (mixture of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, fenugreek, nigella seeds, mustard seeds).

Method:

  1. Add oil in a pan. Add chillies and put panch puran when the oil is hot. Add the veggies.
  2. Add salt as per your taste, turmeric and occasionally add water till the veggies are cooked.
  3. Garnish with cilantro.
  4. Eat it with chapattis or parathas or puris.
  5. You can add more veggies such as carrots or chana, but you should avoid sticky veggies like okra or eggplant.
