
Ingredients:
• 4 to 6 – Potatoes
• 1 – Onion
• 1 cup – flour
• vegetable oil
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Grate onion and potatoes (grate onion first to keep potatoes from darkening). Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Add flour to make a heavy batter.
- Heat oil in a pan, spread out batter in a pancake shape. Fry on both sides until golden brown and crisp.
