Ingredients:

• Potato – 2.
• Grated Cheese – 1 tsp.
• pepper Cumin Powder – 1 tsp.
• Corn flour – 1/2 cup.
• Salt – to taste.
• oil – 2 tbsp.
• Few Coriender leaves

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes. Peel off the skin and mash them.
  2. Add the grated cheese, pepper-cumin powder, corn flour, coreinder and salt.
  3. Make thin vadas and deep fry in oil.
  4. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
