
Ingredients:
• 2 cup – fresh curds
• 1 cup – boiled, peeled and mashed Potato
• 1/2 cup – roasted Peanuts
• 1/2 cup – grated Coconut
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• 2 green chilies, small
• 2 cm piece Ginger
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• salt to taste
• few Raisins
• Roasted cumin powder to sprinkle on top
Method:
- Mix potato with salt and chaat masala.
- Shape into 1.5 cm balls, with a raisin in the center.
- Grind peanuts with coconut, green chili and ginger, coarsely.
- Beat the curd till smooth and mix with the peanut mixture. Add sugar and salt to taste.
- Add the potato balls to the curd mixture.
- Sprinkle roasted cumin powder on top.
- Serve with chapatti and curry.
