Ingredients:

• 6 – medium sized potatoes, peeled.
• 3 tsp – chaat masala.
• For paste:
• 20 fresh Mint leaves.
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped fresh coriander leaves.
• 5 – green chillies.
• 1/2 inch – fresh ginger, peeled and chopped.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.

Method:

  1. Boil the potatoes, drain and cool then dice.
  2. Grind the ingredients to make a paste with a little water and add the chat masala.
  3. Season with salt and mix.
  4. Add the potatoes and mix.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
