Ingredients:

• 1 cup rice.
• small bunch of pudina/mint.
• 2-3 garlic.
• Small piece of ginger.
• 2-3 green chillies.
• 1 tsp oil.
• 1 tsp mustard.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 chopped onion.

Method:

  1. Clean rice and cook it. Grind pudina leaves, garlic, ginger and chillies into a fine paste. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and onion, fry till golden brown.
  2. Add pudina paste and rice mix well.
  3. Serve hot with sauce garnished with coriander.
