
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – whole Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Barley flour
• 2 – eggs
• 1/4 cup – Pumpkin puree
• 2 tbsp – Olive oil
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1tsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – vanilla extract
• 2 cups – Milk
Method:
- Preheat the waffle maker.
- Sieve together the flour and baking powder. Beat together the eggs, sugar, pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, oil and milk. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients to make a batter.
- Pour a ladle of batter to the waffle maker until cooked.
- Serve with a cup of warm milk, with nutella spread ,jam or simply with maple agave syrup.
