
Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – sesame seeds
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – finely chopped Ginger
• 2 tsp – minced Garlic
• 500 grams – Celery sliced diagonally
• 4 Spring onions sliced
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• 1 tbsp – chilli sauce
Method:
- Dry fry the sesame seeds in a small frying pan over low heat for a couple of minutes.
- Remove it from heat.
- Heat oil in a suitable pan and saute the ginger and garlic for a few minutes.
- Add the chopped celery and spring onions and stir fry for about 4 to 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce, lime juice, chilly sauce and a little salt and mix well.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and stir fry for just 2 minutes.
- Serve as a side dish with steamed rice and curry.
