
Ingredients:
• 4 – boiled Aloo
• 4 tbsp – pudina chutney
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• Some Curry leaves
Method:
- Take a pan and put oil in it.
- Take curry leaves and cumin seeds and add to the oil as it heats.
- Add potatoes, salt lemon juice, and sugar in it mix it well and take away from flame.
- Put pudina coriander chutney in it, and serve hot with roti or as a starters
