Ingredients:
• 4 – potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced into small chunks.
• A small bunch – spring onions, chopped very fine.
• A small piece – ginger, grated.
• 2 tsp – jeera.
• 3 tsp – finely chopped coriander.
• 2 – chillies, finely chopped.
• 2 cups – yoghurt, beaten well.
• 2 tsp of oil.
Method:
- Heat the oil in the pan and add jeera.
- Once it splutters, add ginger and chillies, and fry well.
- Add spring onions and fry for a couple of minutes.
- Once they are done, add salt and boiled potatoes and mix well.
- Take it off the heat, add yogurt and garnish it with coriander leaves.
