Ingredients:

• 4 slices – Plain Bread
• 2 tbsp – Green chutney
• 4 tbsp – Plain Curd (yogurt or dahi)
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp – Mustard Seeds
• 3 tbsp – Oil
• 2 tbsp – Dry Coconut
• Coriander Leaves, finely chopped

Method:

  1. Take a bowl and mix the curd, pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Meanwhile fry the mustard seeds in oil and keep aside.
  3. Now take 2 slices of bread. On one spread the green chutney and on the other spread the curd prepared.
  4. Now combine the 2 slices and cut them into small square shapes.
  5. On each cut piece spread some fried mustard seeds, garnish further with dried coconut and coriander leaves.
