Ingredients:

• 6 medium size raw, hard, fleshy and sour Mango
• 12 tbsp. oil
• 2 tbsp. mustard powder
• 2 tbsp. chilli powder
• ½ garlic, peeled
• A pinch of Turmeric
• Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Clean the mangoes. Dry well. Chop into small pieces.
  2. Heat the oil slightly, and cool.
  3. Take a dry vessel. Mix the mustard powder, chilli powder, salt and turmeric.
  4. Add oil and mix well.
  5. Add mango and peeled garlic. Mix again. Bottle for 6 days.
