Ingredients:

• 1 packet – bread
• 100 g each – carrot, beans, Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt
• Tomato sauce (optional)

Method:

  1. Chop vegetables lengthwise.
  2. Cut the bread into small cubes.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the mustard seeds.
  4. Once mustard splutters, add onion and fry it turns light brown.
  5. Now add capsicum and other vegetables and cook well.
  6. Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well with the vegetables.
  7. Now add the bread cubes and mix well with vegetables.
