
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – bread
• 100 g each – carrot, beans, Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Potato
• 1 – Capsicum
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt
• Tomato sauce (optional)
Method:
- Chop vegetables lengthwise.
- Cut the bread into small cubes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add the mustard seeds.
- Once mustard splutters, add onion and fry it turns light brown.
- Now add capsicum and other vegetables and cook well.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and chilli powder and mix well with the vegetables.
- Now add the bread cubes and mix well with vegetables.
