Ingredients:
• 50 – Limes
• 100 gms – Dry Red Chillies without seeds
• 3 pieces – Ginger
• 3 pods (whole) – Garlic
• 3 sticks – Cinnamon
• 10 – Cloves
• 1 cup – Vinegar
• 250 gms – Plums
• 1.5 tsp – Sugar
• 3 tbsp – Salt or to taste.
Method:
- Cut the limes into pieces and remove all the seeds.
- Grind the masala (red chillies, ginger, garlic, cinnamon ) in vinegar.
- Add sugar and salt, and keep aside.
- Add the masala to the lime pieces.
- Mix well and keep on fire.
- Add plums and vinegar to taste and boil for 15 minutes.
