Ingredients:
• Prawns – 1/2 kg
• Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Salt – to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Tomato ketchup – 2 tsp
• Curd – 2 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder – 1 tsp
• Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
• Prawns tikka mix (optional)
• Soya sauce – 1 tsp
• Corn flour – 2 tbsp
• 1 – small Lemon
• Oil – 3 tbsp
Method:
- Clean prawns. Add half lemon, salt to it and mix.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and rest of ingredients except corn flour and keep it for a minimum of 10 minutes (if u have time u can keep it for 30 minutes).
- Take a bowl and add corn flour.
- Coat each prawn well with flour and deep fry till golden brown.
- If you have extra masala left you can just fry it in a tsp of oil in a pan and add prawns to it and mix.
- Serve hot.
