Ingredients:

• Cooked Rice – 1 cup
• Rice flour – 1 cup
• Onion – 1 chopped
• Coriander leaves – 1 bunch
• Carrot – 1
• Cucumber – 1/2
• Green chillies – 3
• Fresh grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Warm cooked rice, so that is becomes easy to knead.
  2. In a big plate, add rice flour and cooked rice and knead it well until soft.
  3. Add salt and all the other ingredients, except oil, and mix it well.
  4. Sprinkle some water if needed to make it soft.
  5. Make small balls of it.
  6. Make rotis on a greased plastic sheet.
  7. Cook this on a tawa smeared with oil.
  8. Serve.
