Ingredients:
• 3 – eggs
• 1.5 cups – Ragi flour
• 3 tbsp – Maida
• 1 cup – Sugar
• 120 g – Butter
• 1.5 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tsp – Lime juice
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 pinch – salt
Method:
- Sieve ragi flour, maida and baking powder.
- Separate egg yolks and white, beat the egg whites till stiff.
- In a mixing bowl, mix together butter and sugar.
- Add egg yolks, salt, lime juice and essence.
- To the above mixture, add flour and egg whites alternatively and mix using a hand mixer.
- Pour it into a greased pan and bake at 180 degrees for 40 mins.
