Ingredients:

• Crack-jack biscuit – 1 packet
• Milk – 200 ml
• Sugar – 60 g
• Custard powder – 1 tbsp
• Butter – 30 g
• Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
• Condensed Milk – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Prepare the custard by cooking butter, condensed milk, sugar and vanilla essence. Cool.
  2. In a tray, arrange 2 biscuits each in a row.
  3. Pour the custard mixture on the top of it.
  4. Sprinkle cashews and refrigerate.
  5. Serve chilled.
