Ingredients:

• 4-5 – Ragi idlis
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 3-4 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tsp – urad dal/skinned split black gram
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2-3 tsp – oil
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Add oil in a pan and heat it.
  2. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and let them splutter.
  3. Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves and saute well.
  4. Add tomato, salt and mix well.
  5. Add coriander powder and saute.
  6. Dice ragi idlis into small pieces and add to the masala in the pan.
  7. Mix well for a few minutes and serve hot.
