
Ingredients:
• 4-5 – Ragi idlis
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 1 – tomato, finely chopped
• 3-4 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tsp – urad dal/skinned split black gram
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2-3 tsp – oil
• 2 sprigs – Curry leaves
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Add oil in a pan and heat it.
- Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal and let them splutter.
- Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves and saute well.
- Add tomato, salt and mix well.
- Add coriander powder and saute.
- Dice ragi idlis into small pieces and add to the masala in the pan.
- Mix well for a few minutes and serve hot.
