Ingredients:
• Maida 1 cup
• Ground Sugar – 1 cup
• Thick Milk Cream – 1 cup
• eggs – 2
• Cocoa Powder- 1 tbsp
• Salt a pinch
• Baking Powder – 1 tsp
• Vanilla essence – 1 spoon
• Colours (red, yellow, orange, green).
Method:
- Combine the maida, the baking powder and the salt and keep aside.
- Sieve the mixture at least 4 times.
- Now beat the cream, powdered sugar, eggs, vanilla essence, all separately, for the cream.
- Now add the maida mix to it.
- Divide the mixture into seven portions.
- Add a pinch of red colour to the 1st and mix it, add a pinch of green to the 2nd and mix, add yellow colour to the 3rd, orange to the 4th, green and yellow to the 5th, add a pinch of cocoa powder to the 6th and mix.
- The 7th should be plain.
- Bake each portion separately in the microwave.
- Now layer the 7 baked portions to form one cake.
- Decorate with icing.
