Ingredients:

• 1 cup – leftover Rajma sabji
• 1 cup – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – Green chilli
• 4 – bread pieces
• 4 – Potato
• Wheat flour as required

Method:

  1. Grind leftover rajma subji with chillies, onions and tomato and transfer into a bowl.
  2. Take water in another bowl and dip bread pieces in water, squeeze out excess water from it and keep aside.
  3. Add mashed potatoes and bread pieces to rajma paste.
  4. Keep adding wheat flour until smooth dough forms.
  5. Make small balls out of mixture and pat them to make flat patties and deep fry and serve.
