Ingredients:
• 1 cup – leftover Rajma sabji
• 1 cup – oil
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 3 – Green chilli
• 4 – bread pieces
• 4 – Potato
• Wheat flour as required
Method:
- Grind leftover rajma subji with chillies, onions and tomato and transfer into a bowl.
- Take water in another bowl and dip bread pieces in water, squeeze out excess water from it and keep aside.
- Add mashed potatoes and bread pieces to rajma paste.
- Keep adding wheat flour until smooth dough forms.
- Make small balls out of mixture and pat them to make flat patties and deep fry and serve.
