Ingredients:

• 3 to 4 – ram toris
• 2 – Onions
• 2 – Tomatoes
• 2 – Green chillies
• Jeera
• Salt
• Garam Masala
• Desi Ghee or Amul Butter

Method:

  1. Chop the onions into small pieces.
  2. Put 3-4 tsps desi ghee or Amul butter in kadai. Heat it. Put jeera in it on low flame.
  3. Put chopped onions and green chillies.
  4. Cook them until they turn golden brown.
  5. Then add chopped tomatoes.
  6. Prepare a smooth paste.
  7. Then add chopped toris.
  8. Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well.
  9. Cover the kadai and cook on low flame.
  10. Stir the subzi after 2-3 minutes.
  11. The toris start leaving the water when the subzi gets cooked completely.
  12. Then cook the subzi without cover for 5 minutes so that it gets dry.
  13. Add garam masala.
