
Ingredients:
• Rava 1 cup (Sooji, fine or coarse)
• Boiled Potato – 1, big size
• Onion – 1, medium
• Coriander leaves
• Curry leaves
• Ginger
• Green chillies – 3
• Salt to taste
• Oil for deep frying
Method:
- Boil the potato and mash it thoroughly.
- Finely chop the onions, green chillies, coriander leaves and ginger.
- Add these along with the salt and rava to the boiled potato.
- Mix and knead these ingredients to make a thick dough (resembles chapatti dough in consistency).
- Divide and make medium-sized lemon balls.
- Now, heat the oil in a kadai.
- When the oil is hot, flatten these dough balls on your palm and deep fry.
- You can fry 4 or 5 at a time.
- Enjoy it with any chutney of your liking.
