Ingredients:
• 1 cup – rava
• 1 – Onion (small)
• 1 – Tomato (medium)
• 3 – Garlic
• small quantity-black gram dal
• small quantity -Bengal gram dal
• small quantity- Green peas
• small quantity-turmeric powder
• small quantity – Curry leaves
• small quantity -mustard
• salt
• 4 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai/pan and fry rava for 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
- Add 3 tbsp of oil in the same kadai/pan, splutter mustard, black gram dal, Bengal gram dal and curry leaves.
- Then fry onion followed by tomatoes and green peas (boiled), and fry for some time.
- Add turmeric powder, salt, garlic and fry for some time.
- Add 2 cups of water to it and close it with a lid. Allow it to boil.
- Then add fried rava to this and mix well.
