Ingredients:

• 1 cup – rava
• 1 – Onion (small)
• 1 – Tomato (medium)
• 3 – Garlic
• small quantity-black gram dal
• small quantity -Bengal gram dal
• small quantity- Green peas
• small quantity-turmeric powder
• small quantity – Curry leaves
• small quantity -mustard
• salt
• 4 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a kadai/pan and fry rava for 5 minutes. Keep it aside.
  2. Add 3 tbsp of oil in the same kadai/pan, splutter mustard, black gram dal, Bengal gram dal and curry leaves.
  3. Then fry onion followed by tomatoes and green peas (boiled), and fry for some time.
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt, garlic and fry for some time.
  5. Add 2 cups of water to it and close it with a lid. Allow it to boil.
  6. Then add fried rava to this and mix well.
