Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rava
• 2 tsp – Rice flour
• A few Curry leaves chopped
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 4 tbsp – Curd
• 1 – Onion chopped finely
• 3 – Green chillies chopped
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all the above together in a large bowl.
- Add enough water to make the batter.
- Spread it into oothapams onto a hot pan, pour little oil along the sides.
- Turn it once it becomes light brown on the ends.
- Cook both the sides and serve hot.
