Ingredients:
• 1 cup each – Sooji and Ricotta cheese
• To garnish:
• Some powdered Sugar
• Some Cardamom powder
• Raisins
• Pistachios
Method:
- In a saucepan, add a little butter (optional) and stir fry ricotta cheese till it becomes dry (5-7 minutes.)
- Remove from heat and mix well with sooji.
- Cook this mixture in a pressure cooker for 12-15 minutes (3 whistles).
- Remove when the pressure is released. Add powdered sugar, cardamom and roll ladoos.
- Decorate with raisins and pistachios if you like.
