Ingredients:

• 2 cups – rava
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 4 cups – warm Milk
• 1 cup – Ghee for sauteing the rava
• 12 – almonds, finely sliced
• 12 – pistachios, finely sliced
• 12 – cashew nuts, cut into halves.

Method:

  1. Lightly heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel. Add rava and saute on low flame till golden brown.
  2. Gradually add milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
  3. Half way through, add sugar and mix.
  4. When the sugar dissolves and the milk has been absorbed, keep the vessel on a pre-heated tawa on a low flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Remove and garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
