
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – rava
• 2 cups – Sugar
• 4 cups – warm Milk
• 1 cup – Ghee for sauteing the rava
• 12 – almonds, finely sliced
• 12 – pistachios, finely sliced
• 12 – cashew nuts, cut into halves.
Method:
- Lightly heat ghee in a heavy bottomed vessel. Add rava and saute on low flame till golden brown.
- Gradually add milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Half way through, add sugar and mix.
- When the sugar dissolves and the milk has been absorbed, keep the vessel on a pre-heated tawa on a low flame for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Remove and garnish with dry fruits and serve hot.
