Ingredients:

• 10 – raw Tomatoes
• 1 tsp each – cumin seeds, Fenugreek and asafoetida, powdered
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tsp – red chilly powder
• large quantity – sesame oil
• salt

Method:

  1. Chop tomatoes fine. Mix with turmeric, salt and red chilly powder.
  2. In sesame oil, fry mustard and then add finely chopped tomatoes and let it boil, without adding water.
  3. After boiling, add the powdered ingredients and stop the fire immediately.
  4. It’s delicious with rice. Add a little bit of sugar or jaggery to serve with chapatti.
