Ingredients:
• 10 – raw Tomatoes
• 1 tsp each – cumin seeds, Fenugreek and asafoetida, powdered
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 3 tsp – red chilly powder
• large quantity – sesame oil
• salt
Method:
- Chop tomatoes fine. Mix with turmeric, salt and red chilly powder.
- In sesame oil, fry mustard and then add finely chopped tomatoes and let it boil, without adding water.
- After boiling, add the powdered ingredients and stop the fire immediately.
- It’s delicious with rice. Add a little bit of sugar or jaggery to serve with chapatti.
